Paige is a co-founder of Starling Literary + Media, and co-chair of the Association of American Literary Agents’ Communications Committee. She started her agenting career with the Andrea Brown Literary Agency in 2017 before starting Starling at the end of 2025. She is proud to represent award-winning and bestselling authors, as well as debuts. She comes to agenting with a background in marketing, design, and freelance editorial. She is also the founder of COwrite, which offers writing classes and workshops for writers of all levels, and has an MA in Children's Literature and an MFA in Writing for Children from Simmons University.

​She is based in the Boulder area. If she's not reading, you'll find her training for long distance open water swims, re-watching the Great British Baking Show, or hiking with her Husky-Shepherd mix.
Marlo
Assistant
Marlo is a German Shepherd-Husky mix adopted from Douglas County Canine Rescue. She is an expert on all things canine, food, or fetch related. She provides excellent stress relief and snuggles.

When she's not sleeping under the desk, you can find her enjoying long hikes or disrupting meetings with her squeaky toy.
